Technical Assembler

As a Technical Assembler, I assembled complex systems. I installed software to the system, and I would troubleshoot the system often. I helped the assembly floor with any technical issues they encountered, and I also made technical "SOPs" for the company, or more commonly referred to as Standard Operating Procedures.

Electrical Assembler

As an Electrical Assembler, I demonstrated proficient quality control. I learned to pay attention to tiny details that the average person would overlook. In a manufactuing enviroment, I learned to become an efficient team player to benefit myself and others.

Electronics Lead Associate

As an Electronics Lead Associate, I interacted with customers who were not familiar with technology. I learned how to communicate to customers who didn't understand the technical language, so I could walk them through what they were looking for.

About me

I am an aspiring Help Desk/Technical support representative. I have a lot of soft skills from my prior work history, but I also have a long list of personal technical experiece as well. I am very tech savy, and stay up to date with the latest technical advancements in our industry. I have built and refurbished many computers, and I am constantly trying to further my knowledge in this space and sharpen my skills. I have created an at home practice "Home Labs" enviroment. with that enviroment, I can do mock troubleshooting with common technical problems, in a real help desk enviroment utilzing Active Directory and ticketing systems.

Active Directory

I have become profiencet with using the software Active Directory. I have a good understanding of active directory due to my home labs enviroment.

Ticketing systems

I have used a few ticketing system applications. Solarwinds, Jira, and Zendesk.

Technical troubleshooting

I am comfortable with troubleshooting many technical problems, and providing a sufficient soultion for customers.

Staying up to date on tech

Technology is always changing, so I make an effort to stay up to date and learn niche softwares. I am already very profiencet with commonly used applications, like Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and Slack for example.

Good communication

Since I've worked in a customer service enviroment before, I am profiencet in talking to customers who might not be super experienced with technology.

Compliant Handling

I am profiencet in calming an upset customer down, and guiding the customer through their problem. Resulting in a peaceful resolution.
